Common tasks in Olex2

To get distances between two atoms: select them and then type "sel"

To get non-bonded contact distances in Olex2: select atom of interest (left mouse button) then issue command 'envi 3.0' to get information about the environment within 3.0 angstroms of the atom of interest.

To toggle text & display: ctrl-T

To recenter things around center: compaq

To get a picture of the structure: Pict xxx.png (the output file will reside the folder that contains the file you opened to start Olex2

To toggle background: F2
